Last Round-Up of the Year :(

We had a blast at Round-Up today! Our honorary attendees were some players from the Coppell High School baseball team! A couple of them even went to school at Cottonwood!

Our Minds Are Really Blossuming in K4!

We bagan discussing and learning about flowers and plants, today!  We will continue learning about flowers and plants with more on-going research the remainder of this week! What fun!

A Day the Zoo!

A Day at the Park!

We had an absolute blast at the park today! It couldnt have been a more beautiful day!

Congradualtions to our K4, Citizen of the Year! This sweet girl was chosen by her peers as the the citizen of the year for K4. She will get to go on the field at the Ranger game on May 14th for the CISD night at the ballpark. Everyone is invited to purchase discounted tickets. Information has been sent home in red folders.

What a full, entertaining day!  Today, we not only created a presentation, using the "Show Me" app, we also got to present our presentation with the class! This activity, integrated technology, provided opportunity for team work and was oozing with animal facts! So fun!

Zoo Animal Research!

We are going to the Zoo! We can’t wait and we want to be prepared! Each Kindergarten class has chosen 4 different Zoo animals to research! Here is some of our research in action! Tomorrow each group will create a presentation using an App on the ipad!

Chick Update!

Much to our surprise our chicks are hatching! Looks like they just needed a little more time!

Gone Chicky in K4!

Today, we created our own chicks out of paper and our handprints. In computer lab we use Microsoft word to write our very own story about a chick!
