Beginning last week kindergarten has been discussing areas close to us and around the world that we can help. We decided we were going to help:
Coppell Nature Center
Coppell Animal Shelter
The Military &
An orphanage in Africa
(who is in the midst of building a school.)
Then we let the children decide which group they wanted to help with.
In our service learning groups we brainstormed different ways we could help each group. Selling things was a popular idea. We all agreed on selling nachos to the Cottonwood Creek staff. We took orders first to decided home much of each item we would need. Below you will see your hard workers in action! They did an AMAZING job today. All the teachers were so impressed!
