100th Day of School! & Zero's Last Hurrah!
Happy 100th day! Wow! What a day!
;) Our 100th day was FULL of many different activities ! Here are just a few:
A very entertaining "Dr. Penny Show!" My, my! Dr. Penny and Ms. K. have aged rather quickly!
They even made a personal visit to K4! We have the best principal and assistant principal!
We each created a piece of art portraying what we think we might look like at 100 years old!
We also made 100th day hats, along with 100ths day fruit loop necklaces!
Not to mention Zero’s final visit to K4! I know it! We are so thankful for all the goodies he left us throughout the first 100 days of school! He will be missed!
Today Zero left 100th Day
trophies! We loved them! Thank you Zero!!!
Teddy Bear Day!
What a great week we had learning about bears! Though there are many different species of bears we concentrated on polar bears, panda bears, and brown bears! We ended our bear study with something a little fun, “Teddy Bear Picnic”!

"Melt the Ice!" -Science Experiment!
Yesterday our K4 scientist, were put to the test! They were directed to work with their team and figure out a way to melt their ice cube as fast as they could. The team that was successful in melting theirs the fastest would win. Each team had time to brainstorm and then put their plan in action! This specific science experiment/ competition offered many learning experiences! A prominent learning experience that came up yesterday was that of being a good sport whether you win or lose, we all know how difficult that can be sometimes! :)
