Rock Stars!

If your child came home on Friday telling you about these so called, "Rock Stars" it is true! Last week kindergarten began a new reward system! If your child's teacher sees something outstanding in class that child gets to go write his or her name on a star and place it in our k4 bucket out in the hall. The more stars your child gets to write his or her name on the better! Every Friday at 1:45 all the kindergarteners get to attend, "The Rock Star Pepper Ally"! This is where all the children line up in the hall and each teacher draws two stars out of the bucket. Whoever's name is drawn that child gets to put on sunglasses and break through a football like sign. That child then gets to run down the hall giving everyone a high five! For a kindergartener this is a BIG deal!  Please be encouraging your child to make sure they get to write their name on a star daily!
